RADIKUAM: The Knowledge
This picture
represents how the institution where I´m Studying takes responsibility of knowledge
through investigation and construction of centers specialized in different areas
of sciences. For me Radikuam book is a sign of social commitment and public education
sense. But the thing that make me sad and disappoint is that Chile doesn´t know
that thing likes this exist. And then is
when I ask myself, is the University of Chile doing their work?
With more than a
docent of investigation centers, our University in the main producer of all scientific
knowledge in the country, this means that all the new advances in medicine and
health care staff in our society have a great influence of this institution
above.
To some way or another,
this fact express the commitment of this university for the social labor, and
social health in deep.
But the main
problem is that all this production of knowledge is not been received for the
society, and people turned ignorance about this, so I think than a real commitment
with public education is about correct diffusion of our labor also.
When our
university be capable to diffusion all the knowledge to the society, they can
said that the work is done. Until that happen, definitely not.
